St. Mary's Families,

Second Sunday of Easter (Divine Mercy Sunday) readings:
www.usccb.org/bible/readings/041920.cfm
Also, here is a great 4-minute video about the Divine Mercy that is very applicable to us in the midst of this stay at home challenge.  Thanks to Coach Cristelli and several families who forwarded this to me.

Saint Gianna Beretta Molla, pray for us.
Learn about St. Gianna here:

I'd encourage you to learn more about St. Gianna.  She is a very recent saint (she died in 1962) and, like all saints, has a compelling story.  She is the Patron Saint of Doctors and Families, and our doctors and families could certainly benefit from her intercession right now!

Updates.
- GALA.  Thank you to those of you that joined us for the virtual Gala last night.  I misspoke at the end of the Gala.  I said we raised $100,000.  It was actually closer to $130,000.  A remarkable evening with a remarkable community.

Prayer. Please continue to pray with us.  And in a special way, please pray that God might shower down His Mercy on all of us in our time of need.

THE MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in thy MERCY, hear and answer me.
Amen.

Respectfully,
Rob Rysavy
President
