Dear Parents,

Please find below a letter from Student Senate. This Friday, Sept. 4, they would like to host a student Community Day at The Grace Center. Please be aware that all safety guidelines and protocols will be in place.

Thank you,
Mike Biondini
Principal

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Student Senate, in conjunction with Campus Ministry, is planning a Community Day at The Grace Center this Friday from 8-11 am. This event replaces our usual ‘opening Mass and assembly' so all students are encouraged to come, although we know that the vans will not be operating. Students will be excused if they cannot make the day, but they should tell their first period teachers this week.

Masks are required, as usual; social distancing will be in effect as well. We will have Mass, followed by the Senate assembly/pep rally. We’re hoping to finish the morning with some field day games. We realize these activities may be a bit of a challenge, but we really want to do something to bring our kids together before it’s too cold.

Students who drive will park in the lower lot; parents who drop off their students should bring them to the upper stadium gate and circle out. Students should arrive beginning at 7:45 am and parents should return by 11 am to pick up their students.

We will provide water that day; students may bring snacks if they wish—there will NOT be food sold, but we do have the Kona Ice truck coming at 10:15 am to sell their ice cones. The price is between $4-$6 each and students should try to bring exact change or small bills.
