Re-enroll for 2021-2022
Please complete the form to the right to re-enroll your current student for the 2021-2022 school year. Do NOT use this form to enroll an incoming freshman or to enroll a new transfer student.
There is a fee due at the time of re-enrollment. If paid by April 15, the fee is $500. If paid between April 16 and May 31, the fee increases to $600. If paid after May 31, the fee increases again to $750.
The re-enrollment form (on right) includes the following:
Emergency contact information.
Student medical information.
Permission for Directory.
Permission to use pictures of student.
Parent volunteer pledge.
Tuition Contract for 2021-2022.
Payment of re-enrollment fee.
